Support Specialist

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our IT team. This is an office-based position with a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts, to support our global users.

Main duties

  • Review submitted issues and enhancement requests.
  • Respond to user inquiries in super user chats in English.
  • Update tickets, communicate fixes, and coordinate retesting with users.
  • Collaborate internally with the development team on ticket resolution.
  • Ensure timely and accurate support for global users.

Requirements:

  • English proficiency — B2 or higher (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in IT support or customer service.
  • Experience with ticketing systems (Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar).
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and issue tracking.
