PRODUCT MANAGER
Looking for a Product manager to work on our new projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyze and map current business processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Develop detailed functional specifications and system design documents
- Work closely with IT developers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- Resource management
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Provide occasional support and training to end-users
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and IT
- Late evening online meetings with product owner
- Business trips to Europe
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst for 4+ years
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
- Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
